Cancelled after we were paid in full. Gave us no notice. We booked months in advance and were left sitting on the sidewalk with our luggage. Do not book here. Their checkin procedure is terrible, there is no actual host. The call themselves a B and B, there is no food served.

This is a great location near the Piramida Metro train station. Easy to get to all major tourist locations. The rooms were clean and well equipped. Continental breakfast is available. We would stay here again if given the choice.

Room is OK, but breakfast is terrible, check out is 9.30 am and check-in process was not nice. Although the place is OK the service was terrible, which makes me think that I wont come back here. Please improve service

The place was in a very good location That was the main reason of staying here However it can be improved The room was big had a king size bed but the mattress was 3 inches tall sorry but I can’t have a good night sleep It had no blanket just a sheet I got no amenities at all The closet smell awful and inside there were a pillow and a blanket or something that had a lot of hair The shower’s drain was very slow the whole shower plumbing is coming apart there was no Wi-Fi in room I think I had housekeeping but they only thing they did was the bed there was not cleaning of so ever breakfast I don’t care for it but bland The location was the only good thing about this place But what can you expect for the price This place has big opportunity to improve By the way the owner was never available The only reason I would stay here again is because of location Near buses and train, and a restaurant name la valle del Sacco very good reasonable prices, not the tourist crap that’s all

This B&B is relatively close to the underground (roughly 10 minutes walk, because of some not-easy-to-tackle crossings), and, although it is easy to find on a map, you could walk past it. The first impression, at the gate of an almost decadent building, is not exactly the best, but after going upstairs and entering the apartment you realize how nice the ambiance is. The common room is spacious and bright, the bedrooms are clean and tidy. They state on their website that check-in is possible 24/7, which is true, but only under the payment of a 15€ fee (I am not debating whether it is legitimate or not, I am just suggesting to take it into account in case you are arriving late, as 15€ on one night stay will increase the overall price you're paying of 30%). Breakfast is OK for this category of B&B. The only misunderstanding I run into was being advised by the staff to go to a nearby restaurant (where I should have been given a 20% discount), just to find out this discount-deal was not really a thing. Not a big deal (my bill was 15€ or so, hence my discount would have been 3€), but it is not nice feeling "played".
